Heyy, what's happening~ so I've been using this technique for a couple of months to fall asleep. It's kinda like hypnosis plus progressive relaxation & guided meditation/visualization. Like a lot of y'all, I suffer with pretty bad insomnia, especially under stress, of which I have boatloads to deal with. This process that I am taking you through today has at the very least calmed my body down enough to not freak out when I'm trying to relax or go to sleep. I did this so that you weren't all of a sudden startled by a bright screen or if you have an autoplay feature, that it wouldn't switch to a vid that may have loud ads in the beginning when you're trying to chill.
