Today we’re joined by a very special guest, my friend Mara has very generously agreed to create this Yoga Practice for all of you for Stressful Times. We created this session prior to the pandemic. I asked her to do a practice with this theme specifically based on your amazing comments down below, and now that everything seems to have gone topsy turvy, it feels more relevant now than ever. It’s also a request that has been surfacing more frequently in the comments, so I know many of you are struggling with stress right now. There are so many of you sharing your harrowing journeys through this time, both with regards to the quarantine and what it means to you, and also in terms of unrelated struggles that are compounded by the strain of our present time. I am holding so much space for all of you, and I light a candle for your safety. Along with everything going on, I know there are stressful elements in all of your lives, and I think this practice is very helpful for inviting more peace into our lives and more openness in our bodies.
