Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having eggplant curry with colorful grains from a German supermarket! It's a new vegan instant meal in the cooling shelf and I immediately wanted to try it with you guys! :D I love that they added different types of grain and the whole dish seems really healthy to me. The eggplant sauce had veggies, chickpeas and even sultanas which are basically raisins. Even though I prefer like freshly cooked curries I really liked this one as well. :) Do you like coconut curries?
