Hope you enjoy! xx As always, thank you for watching. ❤️ All music featured in this video is from the YouTube audio library. ➡SNACK PLATTER Carrot, celery, caramelised onion hummus (Aldi brand), smoky chipotle hummus (Yumi's brand), water crackers, Jatz crackers, pistachio nuts, Kettle chilli chips, Harvest Snaps chilli chips, kalamata olives, vegan feta cheese (Bio brand), vegan cheddar (Sheese brand), chive and shallot cashew cheese (Nutty Bay brand), quince paste, vegan smoked ham-style deli slices (Tofurky brand), gluten-free fruit mince pies (We Love Cake brand), Vego brand hazelnut chocolate, strawberries, pineapple and the rest of those failed Christmas tree brownies from my last ASMR video, lol! 😂 ➡VEGNOG https://simpleveganblog.com/simple-ve... (I used soy milk instead of coconut milk - a good call, I think. That way it wasn't too heavy. And then I made it again the next day and added a splash of Whisky. 😎) ➡VEGAN ROAST Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute, by Field Roast. (Rosemary, candied ginger and vegan sausage stuffing.) ➡MASHED POTATO Boil, drain and mash potatoes. Add soy milk, vegan butter, salt, pepper, fresh chives and nutritional yeast (in any amount you prefer). ➡GRAVY https://www.onegreenplanet.org/vegan-... (This is quite a salty gravy, so feel free to reduce the sodium if you wish. I used one cup water, one cup broth, instead of two cups of broth.) ➡SIDE STUFFING https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/... (I used chicken-style stock instead of veggie, and pane di casa for my bread of choice.) ➡ROAST VEGETABLES Add chopped vegetables (red onion, garlic, red capsicum, broccoli and sweet potato) to a roasting dish and mix with salt, pepper, dried thyme and oil. Coat well and bake until roasted, tossing about half way through. ➡VEGAN MAC & CHEESE https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/... (Just add this recipe to cooked macaroni pasta.) ➡MIXED GREENS SALAD In a large bowl, combine the following: mixed salad leaves, avocado, red capsicum, green onion, tomato, kalamata olive, vegan cheddar cheese, dried oregano and Italian dressing. ➡VEGAN BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING I used the Green's brand Self-Saucing Butterscotch Pudding - a box mix pudding which is 'accidentally vegan'. Instead of adding milk and eggs, I used soy milk and apple sauce. (Apple sauce is an ingredient you can use to replace eggs in vegan baking.) As you will see in the video, I stupidly doubled the water and kind of ruined the dish... 😲😢
