(The pipe cleaners and some of the 5/8" ribbon came from Walmart.) For this wreath, you will need: 1 - 14" wire wreath frame 2 - decorative wall hangings 25 - pipe cleaners, cut in half 1 - 2-pack of glitter spiders 1 - 4-pack of glitter bats 4 rolls of decorative mesh (two orange and two purple) 1 roll of decorative tulle in glitter black 4 rolls of glitter mesh 5 rolls of 2" wired ribbon, various Halloween themes 4 rolls of 5/8" ribbon, various Halloween themes Total cost: $24.00 plus tax
