Hey family 🌸❤️ Tonight I have some positive affirmations that I wrote from the heart to share with you ☺️ I hope this video will feel like a warm hug, and remind you that I care, that I love you & that I believe in you. The affirmations are all around the theme of "I am good enough, exactly as I am" and I hope that this video reminds you of your worth and your value. These are things that I have learnt from others or learnt from my own experience or are things I like to remind myself and am still working on too.
