Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I tried KFC’s new product. The garlic soy chicken had a flavor that Japanese people love. Because it’s seasoned just like Japanese fried chicken “karaage.” The aroma of soy sauce and the kick of garlic were amazing! If you have a chance to visit Japan, give it a try. In Japan, in October, there’s a tradition called “Tsukimi” to admire the moon. The burger I ate today is a new product inspired by this “Tsukimi.” Doesn’t a fried egg look like a full moon?
