ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Deep Dive *Powerful Deepening Technique* (Soft Spoken)

This soft spoken ASMR deep hypnotic trance uses a powerful deepening technique called Fractionation (see research links below). I am a trained hypnotherapist and doctor of clinical psychology so this video offers a real experience of hypnosis. However, as I am not there in person to guide you, this hypnosis is the equivalent of self hypnosis, so your role is as important as mine, I explain more about this in the introduction section the hypnosis. This is an ASMR hypnosis so it includes multiple ASMR triggers for relaxation and sleep. It concludes with a deep sleep induction and an extended crackling log fire soundscape to aid relaxation and as shown by research, to stabilise sleep cycles.
