Hi, and welcome to No Frills ASMR. In this soft-spoken video, I’m writing out some facts about butter on index cards with a Sharpie. I go over the different grades of butter in the U.S.—like AA, A, and B—and what those grades actually mean. I also talk a little about European-style and cultured butter, and how butterfat percentages play into the taste and texture. At the end, I just quietly cut up the index cards for some paper sounds. Nothing fancy—just something gentle to listen to if you’re trying to wind down. Thanks for being here. —No Frills ASMR
