VIDEO DETAILS 📽 Hi friends! I have created this ASMR Reiki session to help you face your fears. We will be using breath work to activate the parasympathetic system and help you access a place of calm and relaxation. I will then pluck, pull and cut those deeply rooted childhood fears that you are still holding on to. Finally we will brush away those cobwebs filled with overthinking, overreaching and overreacting thoughts. The crystals will help to transmute the way we look at fear and how we handle it. Hopefully after this session, you will be able to go forward in life facing your fears while looking for the lesson that they are there to teach.
