I'm trying to film more casually - so here was my morning yesterday in Paris! I had an emotional night the evening before but delivered myself from shame by having a little forgiveness meditation with myself and I woke up feeling so light. Forever inspired by the idea of unconditional acceptance - showing up at all, just as you are, is enough.
