Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I tried making carbonara ramen! In Japan, regular pasta carbonara is also quite popular. But recently, carbonara made with instant ramen has been trending! The salty base combined with the richness of egg and cheese is amazing! Even though it’s ramen, the flavor is smooth and Western-style. The noodles are springy and slippery, and they go perfectly with the thick sauce.
