Hey guys! Today I'm collabing with my beautiful friend (and fellow vegan sister) ASMR Miss Nature! We're both going to be eating some delicious vegan cheesecake. (Seriously, you need to check out their blog! Not only for their amazing recipes, but for their beautiful food styling and photography. 😍) I used only the creamy/cheesecake part of the recipe and decided to make my own crust. Not a good idea since it didn't really work out... I combined crushed chocolate biscuits and vegan butter and hoped that it would work, but it didn't. :( For the top of my vegan cheesecake I just mixed together some peanut butter and melted dark chocolate which was deliciously decadent. 😋 ➡Vegan cheesecake recipe: https://minimalistbaker.com/easy-bake...
