It's nice cream time! Chunky Monkey is an easy flavour to create with nice cream because the base (the creamy part) is already made from bananas, hence banana flavoured. To that, we simply add some roughly chopped dark chocolate and walnuts and we have ourselves a delicious treat. ;) If you've never heard of 'nice cream' before, it's like a healthier version of ice cream - made from frozen fruit (most commonly, banana).
