It’s the beginning of summer in Australia, but you wouldn’t know it (What, with all the clouds, rain, thunder and cooler days we’ve been having this week.) It didn’t stop me from making and devouring these yummy ice cream cones, though! To make the ice cream cones I used a tub of supermarket-bought dairy-free ice cream (a coconut milk-based one by the brand ‘Over The Moo’) in a salted caramel flavour, then added a home-made chocolate shell sauce, sprinkles and some crunchy crushed biscuits. It actually thundered a little while I was filming this video, so you may be able to hear some faint rumbles in the background.
