Today we have a delicious stack of unicorn chocolate sandwiches made with melted white chocolate. To make this yummy treat, simply grill, toast or fry some bread (I used 4 slices of white sandwich bread, fried in vegan butter) and then stuff with melted white chocolate. One colour of melted chocolate for each half sandwich: pink, yellow, blue and purple. I tinted my melted chocolate with food colouring, but you could also use coloured candy melts.
