Today I’m trying out the new vegan range of pizzas by Domino’s Australia for the first time. In addition to the garlic bread and ranch sauce (ranch was home-made*), I had three pizzas: Spicy Veg Trio: vegan mozzarella, fresh tomato, baby spinach, red onion, chilli flakes. Avocado Veg: vegan mozzarella, avocado, fire roasted peppers, mushroom, red onion, capsicum, olives, spring onion. Margherita: vegan mozzarella, fresh tomato, oregano. Each pizza was amazingly delicious, but if I had to pick a favourite I’d probably go with the Spicy Veg Trio.
