Nachos today! I thoroughly enjoyed these. 😋 Read on for the recipe... ;) To make these vegan nachos I used tortilla strips/chips topped with vegan 'mince' (the Funky Fields brand cooked with sauteed onion, taco seasoning and a few spoons of tomato paste), black beans, diced tomato, diced red onion, diced avocado and this vegan cheese sauce recipe (which I thinned out so it was a little more runny): https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/... I then garnished the nachos with Tabasco hot sauce and lime. I also prepared some vegan cashew 'sour cream' (which I had on the side), but honestly the dish was so good as is that I didn't want to add it. As always, thank you for watching. ❤️
