Today I have a delicious chocolate breakfast parfait for you, made with vegan yoghurt and granola. You know you're on to a good thing when it feels like you're eating dessert for breakfast. ;) To make the parfait, I used a choc cherry granola (Dorset Cereals brand) and a coconut milk-based yoghurt (Aldi brand) - some of which I mixed with cocoa powder so that I'd have both plain and chocolate yoghurt. I then lined the top of the serving jar with melted dark chocolate which, unfortunately, set and hardened making it difficult to scrape off during the video. As always, thank you for watching. ❤️
