In today's video I'll be eating this super super delicious homemade pizza. It's a 'supreme' flavour, which, if you've never heard of it, is just a pizza with the lot. Both my father-in-law and mother-in-law LOVED this pizza when I made it for them - and they are about as far from vegan as you can possible get, lol! Here's how I made it/what's on the pizza: ~Dough/crust: pre-made pizza base, purchased from Aldi. ~Sauce: one onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of sugar, one can of diced tomato and a pinch of chili. Fry onion and garlic first, then add the rest and cook until thickened. ~Vegan cheese: Follow Your Heart brand vegan mozzarella, purchased from Coles. ~Vegan beef: Funky Fields brand plant mince, purchased from Woolworths. Cooked in a pan with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, a touch of soy sauce, nutritional yeast and some cayenne pepper. ~Other toppings: fresh pineapple, fresh red onion, fresh red and green peppers, fresh mushroom and kalamata olives. To go with the pizza, I had some homemade vegan ranch which is also an amazingly delicious recipe! (Note, the recipe - linked below - is called 'blue cheese sauce', but to me it just tastes like ranch.
