Hey family ❤️ I'm back! :-) sorry that it's been a little while since my last upload - I've missed you lots 🤗 Tonight I just wanted to make a very simple video, whispering whatever thought's came into my mind to help you feel safe and calm, and remind you that you are not alone - that I am here with you. Whenever I want to feel more grounded and in the present moment, I think about nature - about the moon, the stars, the plants, the rivers. It helps remind me that I am alive, on this beautiful planet - and that is enough. And it reminds me that I am enough, too. I wanted to also remind you that it's ok to be feeling whatever you're feeling especially at the moment - so be kind to yourself and know that I am proud of you for every single day that you carry on and keep doing you.
