Today, I prepared a layered sounds ASMR session that I compiled from my old videos to remind you what tingling feels like. This will be an experience that will make you feel very relaxed and help you sleep easily. Now let's look at the details: I can say that I actually created this video for people with ADHD, anxiety and insomnia. Because this session will be more attention-grabbing and focusing for them, as it has a video content with short transitions and intense triggers. This will create a better opportunity to relax and sleep. But still, we can say that this content appeals to almost everyone. I tried to use scenes from my old videos that had layered sounds and that I thought were really good ASMR triggers. These mostly include facial massage, reiki energy cleansing, invisible triggers and head massage. I know you like compilation videos. But I guarantee you that I carefully mixed each scene together. This means that the videos will not be added one after the other as a whole. To be more specific, I designed each short scene from scratch to be compatible with each other. Although this took me hours, it also gave me the opportunity to create a video that was extremely satisfying for the audience. I hope you like it! I could have extended the duration of the video further. But I think 3 hours is enough time. Especially to know that someone is constantly applying triggers to you in order to focus on a task or fall asleep while listening in the background. At least I use such long ASMR videos for these purposes. This really works for me! I want to add a note here about timestamps and subtitles. You know I normally like to use/add these in every of my videos. But this time it would be almost impossible and meaningless to do this in the compilation video. Because all the videos are combined with very short scenes. So get ready to feel different triggers at once! So just try to enjoy the moment. I hope I gave you a wonderful and full ASMR experience. Take care, my special but so special friend. I love you!
