Today you have an appointment at our scalp clinic for a regular scalp check in close-up perspective. So first of all I'm going to take a look at your scalp with my fingers and different instruments (rattail comb, knitting needles, medical instruments, brushes etc.). It looks like your scalp is a bit flaky and dry in certain areas. So I'm going to part your hair in sections and examine your scalp thoroughly. In order to find out if your scalp produces enough sebum itself I'm also going to do an oily scalp check with my special paper. As it is a scalp check with bad results (not good results) I find out that your scalp is too dry in the middle of your head I'm going to treat this area. So I have to gently remove the flakes first (wooden oriculi & spatula) before applying a nourishing coconut oil and massaging it in with my finger (silicone finger cot) and a brush. After that I'm going to be giving you an overall scalp massage using a moisturizing serum which moisturizes your scalp and beautiful dense Afro Hair. In order to check the results I would like to see you again next week. There will be a lot of different instruments and a lot of tingly, crispy and also crinkly sounds. There will also be lots of palpating (palpation examination), breathy whispering and the sound of gloves. So now let me just take care of you and I hope you can relax a bit.
