VIDEO DETAILS 📽 Hi friends! I have created this ASMR Reiki session to help you embody your body. Often the first step in the healing journey involves healing physically. The physical body is a tangible body that we can observe tangible changes in. When we start to connect with our body, listen to our body and embody our body, the path to healing our other bodies will become clearer. We will be using smoke and sound therapy (rattle) to loosen and clear stagnant energy and blockages . I will then scoop out any energy that is blocking your from truly connecting to your physical self. Next, crystals will be used to help call in energy that allows you to ground down in and connect to your body. There will also be plenty of relaxing triggers if you are just here to get some sleep. 😴 So grab yourself a warm cup of tea, get comfy and let's embody our bodies together! P.S.
