In this ASMR session, I combine leg massage and gentle stretching to release deep tension and improve flexibility. Stretching is an important part of the massage because it helps the muscles relax completely and increases blood flow after the deep tissue work. I usually add stretching at the end of the massage, when the muscles are already warm and relaxed. This way, the body feels lighter, calmer, and deeply refreshed.
