ASMR French ~ Helping/Rescuing Hedgehogs

Sorry about the image stabilization, but my Nikon only records 5-minute videos in manual mode, so I have to manually focus, etc., which isn't easy :) Rest assured, this isn't about programming or industrial automation for hedgehog production, but about providing assistance to hedgehogs in distress, sick, too young, or too thin during the fall and winter. The hedgehog is a protected wild animal whose habitat is threatened. The law prohibits disturbing, injuring, or killing hedgehogs, or even removing them from where they are or keeping them in captivity unless their condition requires it. In this video, I give you some tips to help them survive. It refers to a pleasurable sensory-auditory experience designed to relax you. This relaxation, when at its peak, manifests as tingling sensations, a ticklish feeling that travels from the brain to other parts of the body (in my case, the back of my head and neck). This pleasure is triggered by sounds, noises, the timbre of voices, and movements. Please note that not everyone is "receptive" to ASMR, and for those who are fortunate enough to be receptive, know that there are a multitude of triggers that vary from person to person. Some sounds will have no effect on you, or may even irritate you, while for others, these sounds will be relaxing. I want to emphasize that ASMR is not sexual in nature!
