I am so pleased to be presenting you with this guided meditation today!! This mediation was inspired by a book I read on optometry, called “Luminous Life” by Jacob Linderman. In the book he describes how he performed color therapy on a number of his patients to improve their vision. He found that emotional trauma was causing impaired sight, and moving slowly through each color helped to trigger the subconscious into clearing these traumas as they were remembered. I also experienced color therapy to an extent in a healing session with @ThePiscesPixie . I recognized that I had developed strong attachment to the color blue, first as a child and then as an adult. The blue was contracting and cold, while the color green felt warm and expansive. I used to dislike it when I was younger, and now it is my favorite! Please if you feel called to, leave me a comment on how this was able to help you & shift your mind in to new perspectives! As always, thank you so much for watching 🌿 LINKS!
