Hello my friends! After many decades gone by, I am going to try to make an Apple Pie. The recipe is for a thick crust (my favorite part of a pie) and a combo of Granny Smith plus Honey Crisp. In spite of my lack of expertise, I think the pie turned out great. My family will be sooo happy with me! Thanksgiving is this week so what better way to celebrate than to share with you, my internet family, the adventures of preparing. Absolutely LOVE peeling the apples on my apple peeler/corer from Vermont Catalog. If you are interested in this recipe, please take screen shots of the pictures I post at the end of the video.
