Now a few people may look and say he doesn't look like he's using much pressure or why isn't his clients screaming? Well there's two things that are going on here firstly true deep tissue massage doesn't come from forcing or digging your way into the muscles it comes from being slow, being patient waiting for the muscles to allow you in, if you force your way in you will just damage the muscles and the body will lock up against you meaning you then use more force and more pressure in order to get in and ultimately cause more damage. The second thing that is happening my client Jenny has the softest most supple fascia I've ever known meaning I can drop in with my elbows and allow all my body weight to sink in and it wont cause any pain and her body will let me straight in. Interestingly her brother also comes to me and his genetic makeup is exactly the same. Now if I used half the pressure I use on Jenny or her brother I would have the clients screaming and jumping off the table. Now in this video you will see lots of deep tissue techniques along with fascial release, Joint mobilization, Shiatsu techniques, Pressure point work and stretching. I did lots of lovely close ups so you can really see the technique and well after editing this video im super excited to see what you all think to this, as I genuinely believe this is the best massage video I've completed to date.
