One Year of Genshin Impact

I just had to get a few things off of my chest regarding Genshin. I wasn't able to talk about everything I wanted to talk about, but I tried hitting all the major points. As I say in the video, the development team and the sales team need to be treated as separate entities. I respect the hell out of the team that is putting together this masterpiece. However, I am not very fond of the team that is in charge of engaging with us. That being said, this game was/is almost life changinly good. I wish nothing but the best for this game.
