High Protein Chickpea Paneer Kebabs | 24g Protein Meal Bow • Weightloss Series- Ep 54 Nutrition (half quantity/2 kebabs) Calories: ~400 kcal Protein: ~25 g High protein High fibre (chickpeas + salad) Very filling Great for fat loss meals Ingredients For the Kebabs: * Chickpeas (boiled) - 1 cup * Paneer (grated) - ½ cup * Onion (chopped) - ¼ cup * Ginger (grated) - 1 inch * Green chillies - 2 * Salt - ½ tsp or to taste * Roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp * Coriander powder - ½ tsp * Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp * Gram flour (besan) - 3 tbsp * Oil - 2 tbsp * White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp For the Dip: * Fresh coriander - a handful * Paneer - 50 g * Green chillies - 2 * Garlic cloves - 2-3 * Juice of ½ lemon * Black pepper powder - ½ tsp * Salt - 1 tsp or to taste * Thick curd - 2-3 tbsp For the Salad: * Cucumber (julienne) - ¼ cup * Carrot (julienne) - ¼ cup * Pomegranate pearls - ¼ cup * Lemon juice - 1 tsp * Salt - to taste Directions: 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas. Add grated paneer, onion, green chillies, ginger, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and besan. Mix well to form a dough. 2. Take large lemon-sized portions and shape them into flat tikkis. 3. Cook on a greased pan on both sides until golden brown an crisp. Sprinkle sesame seeds while cooking. 4. For the dip, add all the dip ingredients to a mixer jar and blend until smooth. 5. For the salad, mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl. 6.
