We've all been hit with unexpected obstacles in our lives. I'm going to tell you the story of "Sally," and how her day went today. Sally decided that if she could survive a life-threatening medical condition at the age of two, an eating disorder in her early twenties, being recruited into (and escaping) a religious cult in her mid-twenties, and various other undeserved trials and tribulations, today's event will be a walk in the park. I'm not saying it's easy to overcome these sucker punches, but you CAN overcome them. Stick with it. Grieve if you need to, have a good cry, have a long talk with somebody, seek out resources and help, but don't let this situation get you down and keep you there. Remember, you're not the only one. Love to all of you.
