This is inspired by a lot of relaxation videos, probably the most popular asmr out there. Gibi ASMR, Tena ASMR, Keara's ASMR, Batala's ASMR, Gentle Whispering ASMR, just to name a few... for affirmations, I'm inspired by ASMR Glow, Luna Bloom ASMR, ediyasmr, Mads ASMR, ASMR Darling, and GwenGwiz ASMR It's a relaxation ASMR with quite a few things. It has breathing stuff, poking, touching visual asmr and verbal asmr- A lot of stuff I find relaxing!! Has some layered sounds, hand movements, visual cues to follow, deep breathing and blowing onto the mic, affirmations whispering, and more specifically guided breathing exercises.
