ASMR Back Exam - Sensory Exam - Gentle back examination to help you fall asleep and for your tingles 💜 In this ASMR video, you'll accompany me, a physical therapist, as I examine my patient Alisha. We conduct a comprehensive assessment and medical history to determine the cause of her pain in the upper back, shoulder, and neck area. I gently and calmly focus on her discomfort and also question her about her symptoms. For this video, I focused on performing a thoracic spine examination. The focus is on gentle touch and a relaxed atmosphere to enhance the ASMR effect and facilitate deeper relaxation. During the examination, I perform various movement tests to check the mobility of the spine and its surrounding muscles. A skin examination and a neurological examination are also included. During the neurological examination, I assess the function of the patient's peripheral nerves and sensory abilities. For this purpose, I also perform a sensory exam to determine how well Alisha responds to touch. I also measure certain parameters during the examination, such as the length of the thoracic spine, to document any potential changes during the treatment. The entire video is designed to create ASMR tingles and put viewers into a deep state of relaxation. However, it's important to note that the video is intended solely for relaxation and sleep and does not constitute medical advice or an educational video. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them in the comments, and if enough questions accumulate, I'll be happy to create a separate video about them. I hope this ASMR video will help you relax and find a deep sleep after a busy day. Sit back, close your eyes, and enjoy the gentle touches and sounds. Please note, however, that Julia ASMR's videos are not intended to replace medical advice or professional treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, please always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider. #asmr #asmrrealperson #chiropracticasmr Become a channel member and receive exclusive benefits: 1 extra video per month / @juliaasmr Feel free to check out my playlists: ASMR REAL PERSON MASSAGE: • ASMR Massage (real person) ASMR REAL PERSON MEDICAL EXAMS: • ASMR Medical/Physical Exams (Real Person) I hope this helps you fall asleep and relax. It typically begins on the scalp at the back of the head and moves along the neck and upper spine to the shoulder area. For most people, this feeling is associated with relaxation, calmness, and well-being. Many people find ASMR helps them fall asleep. Source: Wikipedia
