Today, we will be testing your cognition and motor skills in a follow-up appointment; these tests include face-touching, being close in your personal space, examining you, and repeating words such as "left" and "right," among other things :] We will begin with a brief check for any signs of impending or current illness, to ensure accuracy in today's exam results; this exam will include checking your breathing, listening to your heart, feeling around your face and neck, and asking you a few questions.
