Please do not strain your eyes. This video is out of focus, and while it drives me crazy I don't think it is worth scrapping altogether. This session has an intention of cleansing our energy as well as grounding, or bringing forward actions, big or small, which will in turn have a beneficial impact on the world around us. Additionally there is the intention to help provide clarity on where our focus lies and if we can shift from the issues in front of our face which may be a distraction into an area which we might call the Bigger Picture.
