Hey guys. Today, I want to share with you all some values I have recently been exposed to, and my thoughts stemming from that exposure. For the majority of my self-memory, I have been someone who always feels like the world is against me; I have dealt with intense feelings of depression, anxiety, self-harm, and other "black-cloud" perspective-type emotions. Along my journey, I did not always try to fight these feelings off, and I often felt like life was a burden, rather than a joy. I have tried everything and sought so much help, but nothing has really impacted me as effectively as I have been now, and as a result, I want nothing more than to share these thoughts as widely as I can, and potentially provide someone else with the equanimity I have found. I hope it helps someone ❤ * I am not a medical professional; this video is primarily intended for relaxation, although I am speaking as truly as possible about the ideas presented within. Don't feel scared or shy to seek professional help, if you are feeling depressed, anxious, suicidal, or in any other way harmful to yourself. * The documentary mentioned within this video can be found at: • Video * warm listening! love, elo ** Instagram: @elo_asmr - / elo_asmr Twitter: @eloASMR - / eloasmr Patreon: elo ASMR - https://www.patreon.com/user?u=10766916 Reddit: @ u/eloASMR :) PayPal Donations (any payment form): https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...
