This idea came to me when i was walking down the street in the snow, enjoying the crisp cold air on my cheeks (Butt cheeks too), when all of the sudden a crazy cat lady started throwing multiple cats right at me. She had the throwing arm of a baseball player. as each cat hit my face i felt a different and unique sensation with each blow. In short i wanted to make all of you feel the same way i did ^_^ No but for realzees, this is a layered sounds video, where i used some of my favorite asmr triggers to give you super tingles. I used to make a lot of layered sound videos, but then i got my new mics and new recording equipment and sort of forgot about them. But i hope you enjoy 30+ minutes of my favorite triggers layered on top of one another. Included triggers: Tapping Can leather wallet Plastic Pillow brushing Inaudible whispers Mouth sounds Water sounds and of course: Hand sounds & movements ──────────────────────────── What is ASMR? To me ASMR is an art form, just as a movie can put you in a different state of mind, so can ASMR. The difference being, movies achieve this state of mind as a byproduct, while ASMR strives to find those bits and amplify them. Over the years ASMR has greatly evolved from a simple tingle to a full body and mind experience. With an infinite amount of genres designed to help you, most popularly it can be used for relaxation, focus, motivation, stress and anxiety relief. As the asmr community rapidly grows so does it's understanding. No longer is asmr a guilty pleasure but rather a scientifically studied and proven method of relaxation as a branch of meditation. As a follower of ASMR you know just how beneficial it can be first hand, and if you are new, I greatly encourage you to step into this new world with and open mind... just be sure you're ready for it to be blown.
