Welcome to Gabi's sleep clinic. Today I brought my physiotherapist to relax you (just as she relaxes me). I have physiotherapy once a month and at the end of the session, she always does a relaxation session with guided meditation to make me feel zen and to calm my mind and body. I always leave there drooling from being so sleepy hahaha, that's why I invited Pri (my physiotherapist) to record a video with me, showing you a little bit of this deep relaxation with meditation. If you've read this far, put this emoji 🍀 in the comments so I know :) I hope you relax with the video! ✧ SOCIAL ✧ ❤️INSTAGRAM / gabiweeasmr 🧡TIKTOK / gabiweeasmr 💌 Business Email: [email protected] ✧・゚: * ASMR ✧・゚:* (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a pleasant and relaxing sensation that some people experience when listening to soft sounds, such as gentle whispers, quiet heartbeats, paper sounds, or delicate noises. These stimuli can cause tingling or chills in the body, providing a sense of calm and well-being. Many people find ASMR useful for relaxing, relieving stress, and promoting sleep. #asmr #asmrmeditation #relax #sleep

To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
