Shingles: If you've ever had the chicken pox, then you have the Shingles virus but a lot of the time, it stays dormant in the human body. I am 26 and normally you don't get shingles this young but there are things that can trigger a flare up, such as illness, stress, traumatic event or an immunity issue.
