A sort of rambling video about how I highly recommend for anyone to keep a journal about one's memories, thoughts, ideas, dreams, etc. I prefer using a Moleskine journal though any kind of book will suffice. I'm whispering in this video in order to provide a relaxing video as well and perhaps induce ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) along the way. I hope you enjoy, but most of all, I hope you think about starting a journal if you haven't. You won't regret it.
