I have been sitting on this video for some time now because it didn’t turn out the way I had envisioned, but then again I was only experimenting with an idea. The video I had intended to upload by this time still isn’t finished, so keeping in mind that I am my own worst critic, decided to roll the dice and release a video that might not be any good. With that said, I did put on a pair of headphones at bedtime last night and tested the video’s ability to make me fall asleep and believe it or not, it did. I think the key is to use headphones and not have the volume too loud. Anyway, for you approval…or disapproval is an ASMR video experiment that didn’t go so well. The video contains writing visuals; couple with the sounds of keyboard typing, rain and hail storm, and inaudible talking. Oh, I almost forgot, there is some mood music too lol! Good luck. The pen in this video is a Parker 45 fountain pen from the 1960s and the ink is Diamine Ancient Copper. The paper is a cheap legal pad made by Sparco. I made this video on a whim one day as I sat at my desk waiting for my slow computer to process some other video. The videos on my You Tube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day things that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Stress is harmful to your well-being and in today's fast-passed world, stress management is important, and so I hope this ASMR video in some way acts as a stress-reliever for those watching, as well as a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time going to sleep.
