They asked if I would like to make a video with one of their zen garden. I had been wanting to make my own Relaxing Zen Garden video, so I accepted. I know that everyone has been doing this but I do think they are relaxing too :D I was so busy that I couldn't make it until now though. While making this video, I felt like my head went empty, which is a nice thing. Actually, the feeling I had during the video doesn't retranscribe well in the video I made, I think. I actually have another garden and should make another zen garden video sometimes next month I think. I'll try to do it better :D Anyway, I hope that these sand sounds or slow movements help you relax and sleep well. Tomorrow, I should upload a video in English where I go... slow again.
