You need to get in shape! Let's work this out together before you fall asleep! :D This ASMR video started with an idea: let's make some trigger sounds using my body. A few nails tapping, fingers fluttering and rubbing, some whispering, a bit of beard and hair scratching. But, after 6 minutes, I laughed. ALONE. In front of my camera. I remembered those old TV workout programs. You know which I mean? Even Arnold made some I think. And I was like "that's what I should do today: ASMR Workout!" After taking this video, I thought that taking a new one, starting with this idea, and making a more serious ASMR workout video would be necessary. But while editing the video, I thought that this might OK. There is a bit of humour, some relaxing sounds, and maybe one helpful exercice, who knows? Note that the goal of this video isn't to teach you how to work out. It's just an excuse to make some sounds. I'll see what you think after the Premiere. I might remove the video if you don't like it, haha! I hope you enjoy this :) Have a great evening or day!
