You've come into our emergency department today because you got into an accident and sustained a head injury. One of our trauma doctors will evaluate you and then clean out some debris that got into your eyes. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
