I apologize if the green bean noise is too intrusive. They're ornery little suckers, not known for following directions, so if you want to be mad, be mad at them. This video isn't for everybody. The snapping of the green beans is the sound in the forefront for sure. In the background you can hear my crickets singing, and a thunderstorm rumbling off in the distance. (Maybe even a train or two.) Anyone who grew up in the South may have memories of sitting out on the porch with Grandma (or somebody), listening to them snap a bowl of green beans on a warm summer evening. I have many fond memories of this, and they inspired me to make this video.
