I struggled for a few weeks using the techniques that I had learned in my previous cognitive behavioural therapy sessions but I just couldn't seem to shift it. Understanding what's happening in my body and WHY is key for me to take control of it again and this book did exactly that as well as talk me through how to get by day to day with my anxiety until it eventually goes.
