Today we are conducting a few exercises together that are aimed at calm concentration with the hopes of inducing relaxation and sleepiness. You can follow along or simply watch - whatever suits you best. We will be doing some relatively easy short-term memory work (although I make several mistakes!), tuning into our senses, and at the end we repeat a word, similar to a meditation. Some triggers in today's video include face touching, deep breathing, nail tapping, soft speaking, whispering, and wave sounds. I hope that you experience some relaxation and sleepiness, Angel. Sending you positive wishes. 💛 Disclaimer: This ASMR video is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not substitution/replacement for professional medical advice.
