Many of you know I took a break, I will do a side channel video soon just catching you all up, but am awaiting reaching my halfway point for my “goal”. I’m trying to lose some weight to reduce my blood sugar and cholesterol, as well as try and reverse intestinal swelling. So far I’ve lost ten pounds and my blood work is looking well, but then had a fibro flare and was down for three days. I rested, and am feeling good again. Tonight as I stated I wanted to finish, was reviewing your X-rays from the “incident”, and doing some tingly healing treatments for your path to recovery!
