Description
A calm and relaxing atmosphere with a dark setting and gentle shades of blue and green to create a healing bubble of peace for the viewer. During this asmr session I work with shushing, finger flutters, plucking, calming gentle soft whispers, mouth covering, reassurance and kind words of support alongside affirmations and hypnotic hand movements and echoes to help the viewer unwind, rest and relax as well as feel good.
